Named after the station down the road
The pub was finished for Thomas and Bridget Clark in 1885, back when the railway was the town's link to everywhere. The brick front and timber verandah went on around 1918, leadlights over the doors and all, and the building is now heritage listed.
After a two year renovation it's back to doing what it always has: a feed, a beer and a yarn for the whole town.
